Shot blast cleaning is in virtue of shot blast using high speed shot
blast to impacting the surface of components out of touching .This
technics is not limited by components’ dimension, shape and weight.
The procedure of shot blast cleaning is : the rust or clay components
are conveyed to impacting area ,the shot from the filler passing through
shot controller to the shot blast cabinet and then imported to the
workpiece surface .the shot finished workpiece were conveyed to the
loading cabinet ,including regular shot、crumb、contaminants and rust
mixture ,all of them are collected by the filler located in the
underside of the impacting area and then send into shot cycling system
(including screw conveyor ,quiver conveyor, strap conveyor, elevator and
so on ) and shot sand separator purifying system .rust producing in the
working procedure are cleaned up by the dust catcher, the big granule
material flow over from exit of the separator .The scrap of the shot and
power dust flow into the scrap warehouse of separator and then expelled.
The standard shots return to shot storage filler to cycle.
Comparing with other cleaning technics, shot blast cleaning has
following advantages : 1、improving resisting fatigue ability of
machinery products and metal components. 2、dispelling the stress focus,
prolonging the using life. 3、optimizing the surface techinic.
4、improving the cleaning efficience. 5、lightening the cleaning labor
force. 6、Improving the sand using efficiency, using dry regeneration,
the devise not only simple but also no pollution problem and lightening
